3E Accounting is a Singapore firm that lists incorporation, secretarial, accounting, tax, audit and work pass services. Its site says it is an ACRA registered corporate service provider, that it was founded in , and that registration can take as little as 60 minutes. It shows no prices. Read on .

Is 3E Accounting an ACRA registered provider?
The site says it is an "ACRA registered Corporate Service Provider" and holds "ACRA Approved Corporate Service Provider" status. Those are its words. We have not checked the ACRA register, so we do not confirm the status ourselves. Search ACRA's public list of registered filing agents by name and compare the entity with the one on your engagement letter.
3E also lists an MOM Employment Agency Licence number, 13C6351, and memberships of ACCA, ISCA, SIATP and the Chartered Secretaries Institute of Singapore. We have not verified these with each body. What does 3E Accounting charge?
Not published. The pages read show no fee for any service. Ask for these in the quote:
- A fee per service, not one total.
- Whether the S$315 ACRA registration fee is inside the quote. See company formation cost.
- What the annual secretary and accounting fees are after the first year.
- The name of the contracting company.
- Notice terms if you want to leave.
How fast is the registration?
On its incorporation page 3E says registration is completed in as little as 60 minutes. Read that as the time it takes to file, not a promise for your case. ACRA may hold a name or ask for more documents, and a foreign shareholder adds identity checks. Our page on company incorporation covers the steps and the usual blockers.
Where is 3E Accounting based?
The Singapore office is at 51 Goldhill Plaza, #07-10/11, Singapore 308900, with listed office hours of 9 AM to 6 PM. 3E also describes offices in Malaysia, Hong Kong and Indonesia and an international network across other places. Its Hong Kong group page describes a separate Hong Kong company. Contract with the Singapore entity if the work is for a Singapore company.
