What we collect
When you send a request
- your name and your phone or WhatsApp number,
- your email address, if you give one,
- what you need, your company type, your nationality or residency, your timeline,
- the message you write, and the page you sent it from.
The forms do not ask for passport numbers, NRIC or FIN numbers or document copies, and we ask you not to type them in. There are no payments on this site.
When you browse
The site script gives each visit a random reference and records the pages you view, the page you arrived on, the site that sent you and, when present, campaign tags or Google ad click identifiers in the link. It also records actions such as a sent form or a tap on a WhatsApp button. This stays on our own server against the random reference, not against your name.
If Google Analytics is switched on, it measures the same kind of visit data. Google ad personalisation is switched off.
Why we use it
- To answer your request and pass it to providers that can quote you.
- To improve the site: visit data shows which pages people read and which lead to requests.
- To keep records of referrals, which providers use to pay referral fees.
We do not sell your details and do not use them for unrelated marketing.
Who receives it
- Corporate service providers and other firms that fit your request. They receive it so they can reply with options and prices, and they handle your details under their own privacy policies from then on. You can ask us which companies received yours.
- Hetzner hosts the server where requests and visit data are stored.
- Cloudflare delivers the site and protects it from attacks.
- SendGrid sends email notices of new requests.
- Google Analytics, when switched on, measures visits. Google Ads, when ads run, receives a signal that a form was sent after an ad click.
- WhatsApp (Meta) carries the conversation if you message us or ask for a reply there.
Providers may sit outside Singapore. We pass your details on only to answer your request.
How long we keep it
Requests are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Visit data is used in aggregate.
Your rights
Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act gives you the right to ask what we hold about you and to ask us to correct it. You can also ask us to delete your request and its details or to stop contacting you. Send the request through the contact form, choose "Other" and say what you want done. We may ask a question to confirm it is you.
Browser storage
The site stores a random visit reference in your browser so that page views and a sent form link to the same visit. It holds no name or contact details. You can clear it in your browser settings.
Changes
If what we collect or who receives it changes, we update this page before the change takes effect.
