Which firm has the cheapest incorporation price in Singapore?
Lionsworld lists the lowest price with a stated scope at S$395, followed by BBCIncorp at S$450 and FreeIncorp at S$450. 14 of the 34 firms we checked publish an incorporation price, and three of those have no clear scope. The table below sorts them from lowest to highest and shows what each price says it includes.

A package that includes the ACRA fee and a secretary is not the same product as one that does not. Counto, HeySara, Lionsworld and FreeIncorp's Value Starter bundle a first-year secretary. OneStop's Starter does not. Three prices are left out of our cheapest ranking because their scope is unclear: S$109 on 3E Accounting's fees page, which does not say whether ACRA's S$315 sits on top, S$315 on Piloto Asia's home page, which equals the ACRA fee, and S$380 on TNPL's home page, which states no scope. They stay in the table so you can ask each firm.
What does ACRA charge on its own?
ACRA's registration fee is S$315, made up of S$15 for the name application and S$300 for incorporation. The company then pays S$60 each year to file the annual return. A firm's price is the ACRA fee plus its own fee, unless the firm says the government fee is inside. Read the official list on the ACRA fee table.

Only where the firm says so. The includes column shows what each firm states. Where a firm does not say, assume the ACRA fee may be extra and ask.
Why do prices run from S$109 to S$1,182?
They cover different things. A low figure may cover registration only, while a higher one adds a secretary, bank account help or GST. Compare the includes column, not the headline.
What does a foreigner pay to incorporate in Singapore?
