This is an independent guide and we are not Sleek. Some providers pay us when a request we pass on turns into a client. The form on this page is labelled Compare quotes, belongs to us and is not a Sleek form. Nothing you type goes to Sleek unless Sleek is one of the providers that suit your request.

What prices does Sleek publish?

Published by Sleek on its Singapore pricing and overseas founder pages, read .

Plan For List price
Founder Launch Kit Local founders S$700
Compliance Local founders, incorporation with accounting and tax S$1,600
Full Compliance Local founders S$2,000
Starter Overseas founders S$2,600
Full Compliance Overseas founders S$4,000
Full Compliance + Visa Overseas founders, with Employment Pass support S$4,188

Three notes on reading that table.

  • The pages show a "Save" badge with a percentage next to some cards, so the price you see at checkout can be lower than the list price. The discount changes. Read the live page on the day you buy.
  • Sleek says its plans include S$375 in government fees. It itemises S$315 for ACRA company registration and S$60 for the first annual return. Check both against ACRA before you accept a quote, see our page on company formation cost.
  • Sleek ran a festive offer of free company registration plus S$550 back for customers who start with accounting. Its page gave a closing date in November but no year. Treat it as gone unless the page still shows it.

The overseas page also gives "all-in from S$2,250". That does not match the plan table above, so ask which one applies to your case.

What do the Sleek plans include?

For the plans read, Sleek lists company incorporation with ACRA, a company constitution, post-incorporation documents such as share certificates and registers, appointment of directors and a secretary, and annual return filing. Higher plans add accounting and tax. It also lists a digital multi-currency business account with partner perks of up to S$6,000, subject to approval. That figure is Sleek's own claim about partner benefits, not something we have tested.

Is Sleek on the ACRA register?

The pages we read describe ACRA registration and filing, but they do not show a filing agent registration number. We have not checked the ACRA register ourselves, so we do not state a registration status. You can look up the name in ACRA's public list of registered filing agents. Our corporate secretary guide covers what a secretary must do.

Who might Sleek suit, and what is not published?

Sleek's fixed plans suit a founder who wants a price list and an online sign-up. They are less suited to a group structure or a tax matter that needs a custom quote. Items we could not find on the pages read:

  • A founding year for Sleek.
  • A filing agent registration number.
  • A price for services outside the packaged plans, such as GST filing for a company with high volume.
  • Support hours and response times.
  • Cancellation terms for the accounting plans.

Compare it side by side with Osome, and read how accounting services are normally priced.

How does the Compare quotes form work?

Fill in the Compare quotes form on this page with your company type, whether you live in Singapore and which services you want. We pass the request to providers that fit, which may or may not include Sleek. You can ask us to leave a provider out. Replies come from the provider, not from us.
