Its page gives the address 9 Raffles Place, #26-01 Republic Plaza, Singapore 048619, and says it has more than 500 professionals in Singapore. It lists no prices. A Vistra release dated says it has operated in Singapore since . The two statements differ, so we show both. The gap may come from counting firms Vistra acquired. If the history matters to you, ask which entity has held your type of client for how long.

What does Vistra charge?
Not published. The Singapore pages read give no fee. For a fair comparison ask for:
- A separate fee per service.
- Whether ACRA fees are inside. See company formation cost.
- The fee in the second year for secretary and accounting.
- Which Vistra company contracts with you, and its UEN.
- Minimum engagement and notice terms.
Is Vistra on the ACRA register?
The pages read do not state a filing agent registration number for Vistra. We have not checked the register ourselves, so we give no status. Look up the entity name on ACRA's public list of registered filing agents.
Who might Vistra suit?
The balance of the service list, with funds, trusts and group management, leans toward investment structures and multi-entity companies. How do you read a quote from a large group?
A firm with several hundred staff in Singapore usually splits its work across teams, so one request can produce several engagement letters. Check three things before you sign. First, the number of separate contracts and the entity on each. Second, whether the secretary, the accountant and the payroll team report to one named contact. Third, whether a fixed list of deliverables, such as the annual return and the estimated chargeable income filing, sits inside the fee or is billed per task.
Ask what happens if your company grows or adds a subsidiary. A group that also runs fund and trust arms may offer more later, but it may also move you to a different team when you cross a size threshold.
What does Vistra not publish?
