Tricor is now part of Vistra. According to a Vistra press page, the two groups finished merging on , and they trade as a single brand. Tricor's old web address now redirects to vistra.com, a redirect we saw on . No Tricor price is published.
This is an independent guide and not Tricor or Vistra. Some providers pay us when a request passed on through our form becomes a client. The form on this page is labelled Compare quotes. It is ours, and it is not a Tricor or Vistra form. Your request reaches a provider only if it suits what you ask for.
What happened to Tricor?
| Item | What we found |
|---|---|
| Merger | Vistra says it completed on |
| Brand | A single brand, under the Vistra name |
| Old website | tricorglobal.com returns a permanent redirect to vistra.com |
| Company record | A public mirror of the company record lists Tricor Singapore Pte. Ltd., UEN 200416127E, incorporated on |
The company record is a third party mirror, so check the entity on ACRA BizFile if the detail matters. The record shows only that a company by that name was registered. It does not say whether it still trades or who owns it, and Vistra's statement does not name Singapore. If you hold a Tricor contract, ask in writing which entity is on it.
What does the combined business list?
The merger page lists these offers for the combined business:
- Corporate services: entity formation, accounting, tax, payroll and HR.
- Fund administration.
- Investor services, now described as IPO and share registry services.
- Private client solutions.
For the Singapore office and service groups, read the Vistra Singapore profile. Our page on a corporate service provider explains how these firms are used.
What should a Tricor client check?
If your company's secretary or accounting is with Tricor, these are worth asking:
- Which legal entity is named on your engagement letter now, and has it changed since the merger?
- Whether fees, notice terms and scope are unchanged.
- Who your named contact is.
- Where statutory registers and company files are held, and how you get a copy.
- How to end the service if you want to move.
If you decide to move, our guide on how to change a company secretary lists the filing steps, and the page on a corporate secretary explains the role.
Is Tricor an ACRA registered filing agent?
We could not verify it. The pages we read do not state a filing agent registration number and the Tricor site now redirects. We have not checked ACRA's register, so we state no status. Search ACRA's public list by name, and look up Vistra's entity too.
What does Tricor not publish?
- Any price.
- A separate Singapore service list after the merger.
- A filing agent registration number.
- A statement on how Singapore contracts were moved, if they were.
- Response times for support.
What are the alternatives?
Other firms that serve similar clients include Hawksford and BoardRoom, both of which quote by scope. A plan-based provider such as Sleek lists prices. We do not rank them.
How does the Compare quotes form work?
Say what you need in the Compare quotes form, such as a secretary change, accounting or a new company. We pass your request to suitable providers and they reply to you directly. You can ask us to leave Vistra out.
How does Tricor compare on price and rating?
Tricor shows no price on its own site, so its row in our price tables reads on request. On Google, Tricor has 3.7 out of 5 from 13 reviews. Both were checked in . See the price comparison of the main Singapore setup firms, then ask for a written quote that lists what is included.
