InCorp Global is a Singapore corporate services firm at 36 Robinson Road, City House. Rikvin states on its own site that it is part of the InCorp Group, and trade press reports that Ascentium bought InCorp Global in February and that the brand is moving to Ascentium. Facts were read on . None of the pages read list a price.

Who are InCorp, Rikvin and Ascentium?
The names overlap, so here is the plain version, with sources.

We read the Ascentium rebrand in trade press, not on an InCorp page, so confirm it with the firm. The Ascentium Singapore page shows the same address and the same stated figures as incorp.asia. When you receive a quote, ask which legal entity contracts with you and which ACRA entity files for you.

What numbers does InCorp state?
These are InCorp's own claims on its Singapore page, read on . We have not audited them.

- More than 700 new incorporations a year.
- More than 4,000 accounting clients.
- More than 26,000 payslips processed a year.
- More than 1,500 work visas processed a year.
A larger volume does not tell you how your account will be handled, so ask who your day to day contact is.
What does InCorp charge?
Not published. No price appeared on the InCorp, Rikvin or Ascentium Singapore pages read. For a useful quote, ask for:
- Separate fees for incorporation, secretary and accounting.
- Whether the S$315 ACRA fee and later annual return fees are inside. See company formation cost.
- The price after year one.
- The contracting entity name and UEN.
- How a move to the Ascentium name affects the contract and notice terms.

Is it an ACRA registered filing agent?
The Rikvin page says it manages accounting compliance with IRAS and ACRA, but that is not a filing agent statement. The pages read give no registration number for InCorp or Rikvin. We have not checked ACRA's register, so we do not state a status. Look up the entity name there.
Where are they based?
36 Robinson Road, #20-01 City House, Singapore 068877. InCorp also lists offices in Australia, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Vietnam and mainland China. Phone and WhatsApp channels are on its site, so we do not list them here.
What does InCorp not publish?
- Prices.
- A founding year on the Singapore page. Rikvin says it has a track record of more than 30 years, without a date.
- A filing agent registration number.
- Response times.
- What happens to existing contracts in the Ascentium change.
