Acclime Singapore describes itself as an independent professional services firm that helps overseas companies enter Singapore and local businesses expand across the region. Its Singapore site shows UEN 200501892E and says it is a registered filing agent with ACRA. It does not list prices. Facts below were read on .

The site also lists ISCA certified accountants, a Xero certified partner status, membership of the Chartered Secretaries Institute of Singapore and a regional payroll partnership. Those are credentials Acclime claims, and we have not verified them with each body.

What does Acclime charge?
Not published. The Singapore site pages read give no fee for incorporation, a company secretary, accounting or payroll. That is common for firms that quote by scope. It means you cannot compare a number until you ask. When you request a quote, ask for:
- The fee for each service, written separately.
- Whether ACRA government fees are included. See company formation cost for the official amounts.
- What the secretary or accounting fee becomes after the first year.
- Who signs the engagement letter, and which Acclime entity.
- Any minimum term or notice period.
Is Acclime an ACRA registered filing agent?
Acclime's Singapore site says yes, in its own words that it is a registered filing agent with ACRA. It also shows UEN 200501892E. We have not checked this against ACRA's register of registered filing agents. You can search the public list yourself by name and confirm that the UEN on your engagement letter matches the one on the site.
Where does Acclime operate?
Singapore is one of its markets. On the Singapore site Acclime lists offices or presence in Australia, Cambodia, China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Laos, Macau, Malaysia, New Zealand, the Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, the UAE, the USA and Vietnam. A separate page says 18 markets and 28 offices. The two lists differ, so ask which entity would serve your company. A street address for the Singapore office was not shown on the pages read.
What is the history in Singapore?
Acclime announced on that it had acquired a controlling stake in B P Solutions Pte Ltd, a Singapore corporate services firm. Its media page calls it a third acquisition in Singapore. The press release is on Acclime's own site. The pages read give no founding year for Acclime itself.
What does Acclime not publish?
