Price is easy to compare and hard to read. This page lists the annual company secretary fees that four providers publish, how each treats ACRA's own fee, and what to ask before you pick one. It was read on . SingaporeCompanySetupGuide.com is an independent guide, has not used any of these services and passes requests to providers that may pay us. "Cheapest" here means lowest published list price among the pages we read, nothing more.

Sleek's pricing page shows the same S$350 with a monthly label in the text we read, while its secretary guide says S$350 a year. We use the yearly reading and flag the conflict. Ask Sleek.
Why is the lowest headline not always the lowest bill?
Three things move the total. The first is ACRA's S$60 annual return fee. Leftright says it absorbs it, Sleek's guide says S$350 includes it, and HeySara's table lists it as a line. The second is GST: Leftright says none applies, while Lanturn says its prices exclude it. The third is scope. HeySara's plans mention up to two standard resolutions a year, Leftright's Essential covers core compliance and Suite adds unlimited standard resolutions.
If HeySara's Digital plan carries both annual return lines, its first-year total would be above S$199 by amounts we cannot confirm from the page. If it does not, it remains the lowest. This is why you ask for a written quote.
What does the law require of a secretary?
ACRA says every company needs at least one director and one company secretary. The secretary must be appointed within six months of registration, must be a real person, and cannot be the same person as the sole director. ACRA says the director may face a fine of up to S$1,000 if the post stays empty beyond that. Details are on the corporate secretary page and the annual return and AGM page.
What is cheaper than buying a secretary alone?
Some providers include a year of secretary in the incorporation price. Osome lists S$600 for registration with a secretary, and Leftright lists S$648 all in, made up of S$15, S$300 and a S$333 professional fee. Renewal is where you pay the secretary fee on its own, so check the year-two price, which Leftright says stays at S$328.
What should you ask before choosing?
