Company setup providers in Singapore

Compare before you pay. Each firm shows its services, the prices it publishes, and its Google rating with the number of reviews, so you can see who charges less and who clients rate well.

Starting a company in Singapore means one filing with ACRA, a local director, a registered address and a few follow-up duties. The rules are clear, but they are spread over ACRA, IRAS, MOM and several banks. This guide puts each task on one page, written from the official source.

Where to start

Pick the page that matches your next step.

How the guide handles facts

Each fee, threshold and deadline links to the official page it came from and shows the date we read it. Provider prices appear only when the provider publishes them, with its own link. If two sources disagree, both are shown. Nothing here replaces advice from ACRA, IRAS, MOM or a licensed professional.

Getting quotes

The quote form on this site goes to providers that fit your company type, residency and needs. You are not tied to anyone, and you can compare more than one reply. The featured partner band shows one paid placement, labelled as such.

How it works

Four steps, usually over WhatsApp

  1. 1

    Send what you need

Company type, your nationality and the services you want: incorporation, nominee director, secretary, accounting, Employment Pass or bank account.

  2. 2

    Get matched quotes

We pass your request to providers that fit. You receive their quotes and what each price includes.

  3. 3

    Choose a provider

You compare the quotes and pick one. The provider checks your documents and prepares the ACRA filing.

  4. 4

    Company registered

The provider files with ACRA on Bizfile. You get your UEN and business profile, then open the bank account.

Good to know

Questions people ask

How do I set up a company in Singapore?

You choose a name, pick a company type, appoint at least one director who lives in Singapore, give a registered address and file with ACRA through BizFile. A registered filing agent can do the filing for you. The company then gets its UEN.

Can a foreigner own a Singapore company?

Yes. A foreigner can hold all the shares of a Singapore private limited company. The law still requires one director who is ordinarily resident in Singapore, so a foreign owner either moves or appoints a local nominee director.

Who runs this guide?

SingaporeCompanySetupGuide.com is an independent guide. It is not ACRA, IRAS, MOM, a bank or a corporate service provider. Each page names the official source behind its facts.

How do you earn money from this guide?

Providers can pay us for referrals when you use the quote form, and one provider is shown as a featured partner. The guide does not charge you. Read the how we earn page for the rules we follow.

How current are the fees on these pages?

Every fee and threshold sits next to the date we checked it on the official page. If a figure matters for your decision, open the linked source and confirm it before you pay.
