BBCIncorp markets Singapore company formation to people outside the country. Its group works in many places, so it helps to separate the Singapore company from the brand. This page lists what ACRA shows and what the Singapore page says, nothing more.
We are an independent guide, not BBCIncorp and not ACRA. When you use the form below we pass the request on, and some providers pay us a referral fee. That payment has no say in what is written here.

What does a foreign owner need to prepare?
Providers that serve overseas founders usually start with identity checks. Expect to supply certified or digitally verified passport copies, proof of your home address, a short description of what the company will do and the source of the funds you will put in. Banks and corporate service providers run anti-money laundering checks under ACRA and MAS rules, and they may ask follow-up questions. Slow answers cause more delay than the ACRA filing does.
Decide early who your local director will be, which share structure you want and where the registered address sits. Our Pte Ltd guide shows the choices, and the foreigner page lists the legal minimums from ACRA.
How does BBCIncorp compare on price and rating?
