Osome offers two published Singapore plans. Incorporation + Secretary is listed at S$950, with S$600 shown as the discounted price. Full Compliance starts at S$1,472 for the first year. Both prices were read on Osome's incorporation page on .

What does Osome do in Singapore?
Osome's Singapore pages list four groups of work.

What does each Osome plan cost?

Both lists say that government fees are inside the price: S$315 for company registration and S$60 for the annual return. Those are ACRA fees, so you can compare them with the amounts in our company formation cost guide. If a quote shows the fees on top, you are looking at a different structure.
What is inside each plan?
Incorporation + Secretary, as listed by Osome:
- Registration preparation and filing with ACRA.
- A company constitution and post-incorporation documents.
- ACRA name checking and business profile setup.
- Help with a banking partner.
- Corporate secretary services.
- Annual return filing.
- Holding the AGM and updating officers.
Full Compliance includes all of that plus bookkeeping with unlimited entries, access to financial software, management reports reviewed once a year, estimated chargeable income filing, unaudited financial statements and the annual tax return. What about the Aspire offer?
Osome's Singapore page says that customers who register a company and open an Aspire account receive S$250 back. The page we read does not show an expiry or the conditions. We cannot confirm whether it still applies, so treat it as something to ask Osome about.
Is Osome registered with ACRA?
Osome's page says it is an ACRA registered entity. That could mean it is a company registered in Singapore, which every Pte Ltd is, or it could mean a registered filing agent. It does not give a registration number, and we have not checked the register ourselves. Look up the company that will sign your contract on ACRA's public list of filing agents.
Where is Osome and how long has it traded?
Osome is Singapore based. Its copyright line spans many years, which suggests an established company, but the pages read do not state a founding year. Public listings in search results give registered office addresses that differ by source, so check the address on your contract.
What does Osome not publish?
- Prices after the first year for the secretary and accounting.
- A cost for an audit, or for a company above the S$30,000 revenue cap.
- The terms of the discount and the S$250 offer.
- A filing agent registration number.
- Response times for support.
