What do the official fees cost before any provider adds its fee?
ACRA charges S$315 to register a private company (S$15 name application and S$300 incorporation) and S$60 to file the annual return. Check the ACRA fee table and our page on the cost of forming a company. A provider price is the official fee plus the provider's own fee, unless the firm says the government fee is inside the price.
How do I choose between them?
Match the choice to your situation, then use the numbers above.
- Resident founder, simple company, lowest cost: start with the incorporation table. Lionsworld, TNPL, BBCIncorp and FreeIncorp list entry packages, and HeySara lists a package with a one-year digital secretary. Compare what each leaves out.
- Foreign founder with no Singapore resident director: you need a nominee director and a registered address. The nominee director table shows the bundles firms publish.
- You want accounting too: the accounting table shows monthly and yearly plans side by side, with the scope each covers.
- You want a firm clients rate highly: sort the table by the rating column and require a review count you trust. A 5.0 from 9 reviews says less than 4.5 from 1,000.
- You want a large corporate provider: BoardRoom, Tricor, Vistra and Hawksford quote on request. The quote form gets you numbers from them.
How we collected the prices
We read each firm's public pricing, incorporation, secretary, accounting and nominee director pages on . A price counts only if it appears on the firm's own site in Singapore dollars. We copy the amount as shown, note the period if the page gives one, and ignore promotions unless the standard price is missing. Where we could not read a page, we say so in the notes below and leave the cell as on request. Google ratings come from Google Maps business data for each firm, checked . Prices change, so we re-check them each month.
Notes on the figures
- Lionsworld: Secretary and accounting are by quote. Virtual office with registered address is from S$25 a month, which is a virtual office price, so not counted as a yearly registered address price. GST not stated.
- BBCIncorp: Foreigner packages are from S$3,400 (regular S$3,850) and include nominee director and registered address, but no separate prices. The /sg/pricing page returned 404. Discounted prices shown as the current price. GST not stated.
- FreeIncorp: Value Starter is S$550 and includes 12 months of corporate secretary service, but no standalone secretary price is shown. Optimise Starter is S$2,500 with 24 months of secretary and registered office. Prices are in SGD, GST not stated.
- Osome: The incorporation plan shows S$950 struck through with S$600 as the current price, so S$600 may be a discount. Nominee director exists as an add-on but no price is shown.
- OneStop Professional Services: Prices as listed on the pricing page. GST is not mentioned. The Starter price includes the S$315 ACRA fee. A S$2,000 nominee director deposit may be waived if accounting and tax services are taken together.
- Counto: Incorporation prices apply to the first year only. GST treatment not stated except on the nominee director page.
- HeySara: Foreigner package is from S$3,188 a year and lists local registered address and nominee director, but no separate nominee or address price. The page says final quotes depend on company structure. GST not stated.
- Sleek: Live fetch of the Sleek pages was truncated, so figures come from our profile page sleek-pricing-singapore.md read the same day. A free incorporation promo tied to accounting is not counted. GST status not confirmed.
- Fastcorp: The price came from the home page read. The incorporate page itself showed no figure when fetched. Secretary, nominee director, accounting and address are call for a price. GST not stated.
- CorporateServices.com: The page shows S$1,182 including GST, with a crossed-out S$2,000 earlier price. Discount not counted as a promo since it is the price shown. The Foreigner package is S$3,100 (S$3,345 if GST applies) and adds a nominee resident director or employment pass filing plus a registered address, each for one year. Separate secretary, nominee and address prices were not shown.
- 3E Accounting: Fees page says all amounts include GST. The S$109 incorporation figure looks low, so confirm whether ACRA fees are on top.
- Piloto Asia: Only the home page headline price was found. The cost guide shows no plan table, only DIY costs of S$315 and a general market range. Monthly plan prices on the existing profile page were not confirmed today.
- TNPL: Prices appear as a short header line on the home page only. Service pages tried returned 404. Other services are on request. GST not stated.
- SBC Asia: Read from the firm's PDF price guide dated 12 to 14 May 2026. The guide lists items, not bundles, so scope of the S$765 incorporation line is not stated and it is kept out of the cheapest ranking. Registered address: a virtual office address is S$1,910 new and S$1,800 renewal (period not stated). No secretary line item.

Which Singapore company incorporation service is cheapest?
On the prices published when we read the pages in , the lowest incorporation price is from S$395 at Lionsworld, then S$450 at BBCIncorp. Scope differs, and several firms exclude the secretary or the registered address. Read the includes column on the incorporation page.
Who has the cheapest company secretary in Singapore?
HeySara lists the lowest annual secretary fee we found, S$199 a year. Check whether the S$60 ACRA annual return fee and GST are inside the fee before you compare.
Which firm has the best Google rating?
Among firms with 100 or more Google reviews in our data, 6 show 5 out of 5: Achi Biz Services, OneStop Professional Services, Profectant, Koh Mgmt. A rating shows how reviewers scored a firm. It does not show that the firm is cheaper or right for your case.
Why do so many firms say price on request?
20 of the 34 firms checked show no price on their own site. Larger firms usually quote by company structure. We list them as on request and never estimate a figure.
Are these prices final?
No. They are the figures each firm showed on the day we read the page. Promotions, GST and your company structure can change the bill. Ask for a written quote that lists what is and is not included.
Do the prices include the ACRA fee?
It depends on the firm. ACRA charges S$315 to register a company and S$60 for the annual return. Some firms include these in the price, some add them. The table notes mark which is which where the firm says so.
