Where is each one cheaper on paper?

Osome is lower at every entry point in the table: local by S$100, overseas by S$162 for the same 3-month nominee term, and the 12-month plan by S$228. The one item where Sleek is lower is payroll, by S$50 per employee a year. GST goes the other way for light use: Sleek's S$300 a quarter works out to S$1,200 a year, the same as Osome's yearly add-on.

Neither provider's price tells you your total. Add the extras you actually need, such as GST, payroll and Xero (S$840 per financial year on Sleek's lower plans), before you compare.

Which one includes more?

Sleek's local Full Compliance includes a registered address and a digital mailroom, and its overseas plans include the address from the start. Osome's overseas Starter includes the address for one year and states no nominee deposit. Osome includes unlimited bookkeeping on its accounting plans, and Sleek splits bookkeeping by yearly, monthly or weekly cadence by plan.

For secretary changes, shareholder counts matter. Osome's own guide says its Unlimited plan covers up to 50 shareholders for S$600 a year, while Sleek's price rises in steps at 9 and then 10 shareholders.

What should foreigners check?

ACRA says foreigners must use a corporate service provider to reserve a name and register, and that every business needs a local resident. Both providers cover that with a nominee director for a fixed term. After the term, you need a renewal or a resident director of your own, which is cheaper once you hold a pass that qualifies. See the best incorporation services for foreigners and nominee directors.

What did we not compare?

  • Support speed and quality. We have not tested either service.
  • Renewal pricing after year one.
  • Bank account approvals. Sleek marks its free account "subject to approval", and Osome says approval is the bank's decision.
  • Customer feedback. Read the individual Sleek review page and Osome review page for how to weigh it.

What if neither fits?

Other providers publish fees too. The Sleek alternatives and Osome alternatives pages list several with the prices we read.

Questions people ask

Is Sleek or Osome cheaper in Singapore?

On published list prices Osome is lower at entry level: S$600 against Sleek's S$700 for local, and S$2,438 against S$2,600 overseas. Both run promotions, and the cheaper provider depends on what you add, so total the plan lines you need.

Which is better for foreigners, Sleek or Osome?

Both bundle a nominee director for a fixed term. Osome lists 3 months at S$2,438 and 12 months at S$3,772. Sleek lists 3 months at S$2,600 and 12 months at S$4,000. We have tested neither, so judge on terms, deposits and support.

Do Sleek and Osome include GST filing?

Osome includes GST filing only on its Scale plan and lists it at S$1,200 a year on the Operate and Grow plans. Sleek lists quarterly GST filing at S$300 a quarter on its accounting plans, and it needs a Xero subscription.

Can I switch between Sleek and Osome later?

Changing company secretary is a filing with ACRA, so you can. The change company secretary guide on this site explains the steps. Check notice periods, fees and who keeps your registers before you leave a provider.

Are the comparisons on Osome's site neutral?

Osome's own comparison guide was written by Osome, and Sleek's comparison table on its page was written by Sleek. Both are useful for finding prices and both are interested parties. We read the pricing pages directly instead.

Which one should a startup choose?

Neither is a clear winner on facts alone. A startup with one resident founder and no GST needs may find either enough. A startup that needs GST, payroll or share changes should add up the extras shown in the table first.
