HeySara sells a long menu of Singapore company services, from incorporation to audit and work passes. This page puts its own claims next to the ACRA register, so you know what is confirmed, what is the firm's wording and what you still need to ask.

The group spreads work across several companies. That matters when an invoice, an audit report or a work pass filing carries a different name from the one on your incorporation contract.
What does HeySara sell?
The home page groups its offer into these services:
- Company incorporation in Singapore and offshore, including nominee director arrangements and companies limited by guarantee.
- Corporate secretarial: annual returns, AGM filings, resolutions and registers, with plans named Digital, Plus and Prime.
- Accounting and tax: bookkeeping, corporate tax, GST registration and filing.
- Audit, payroll and HR administration.
- Work passes and immigration.
- Free tools such as a company name check, an SSIC code search and a stamp duty calculator.
The site also says it holds an ISO/IEC 27001 certification. We have not seen the certificate, so ask for it if data security matters to you.
What does HeySara charge?
None of the pages we read showed a price for the secretary plans or incorporation, so we list no figure. Do not rely on price numbers copied onto third-party sites, which age fast. How do I check HeySara before paying?
- Search the UEN 201939238M in Bizfile.
- Confirm that the entity on your contract has that UEN, or look up the other group entity named on it.
- Open the profile and read the CSP registration details at the bottom.
- Ask which entity employs the people who will sign your filings.

What should I ask HeySara?

How do the HeySara secretary plans differ?
The site names three: Digital for digitally minded small businesses, Plus for those who want human contact, and Prime for the top tier. It does not set out the differences in the pages we read. Ask for a side-by-side table that shows the named contact, response time, number of resolutions included and whether annual return filing sits inside the plan or is billed on top.
