What does Osome charge, as a baseline?

What does the table not tell you?

HeySara's plan table shows the figures S$199, S$598 and S$998, with annual return filing lines of S$200 and S$60 under some plans. We could not tell from the page text which plan carries which line, so the real first-year cost may be higher than S$199. Leftright, by contrast, says the S$60 ACRA fee is included and that it pays it for you.

Osome's S$300 figure comes from its own comparison guide rather than a pricing page. We could not find a standalone secretary page on Osome's site.

Which alternative suits which need?

  • A single local founder, no accounting. Compare Osome at S$600 and Leftright at S$648. Both include a year of secretary, on the pages we read.
  • An overseas founder who needs a resident director. Compare the nominee term, not just the price. Leftright shows 12 months in S$2,495. Osome shows 3 months at S$2,438 and 12 months at S$3,772.
  • A company that needs bookkeeping and tax. Compare Osome's S$75 a month against Sleek's S$75 a month billed yearly. Both rise with expenses or revenue.
  • A company that expects share changes. Ask each provider how many resolutions are included. HeySara's plans mention up to two standard resolutions a year, and Osome's guide says its Unlimited plan covers up to 50 shareholders.

What do you need to confirm with any of them?

ACRA says foreigners must use a corporate service provider to register a company, so confirm each firm's status with ACRA. Ask whether GST is added to the quote, what renews in year two and what happens to your registers if you leave. Our cheapest secretary page goes deeper on fee treatment, and the Sleek alternatives page looks at the same market from the other side.

What do the cheaper options give up?

A lower headline often means a narrower scope. A secretary-only plan does not cover bookkeeping, tax return filing or an address. A bundle that includes the first year may renew at a different price. Osome's Essential and Unlimited split also shows how scope drives the fee: the difference is whether officer or shareholder changes are covered, and that is where small companies tend to need help once a year.

Think about the changes you are likely to make in the next 12 months. A new director, a share issue or an address move each triggers an ACRA filing. If a plan charges per change, a busy year can cost more than a plan with a higher flat fee. Read how each provider treats changes before you compare the annual figure alone.

Questions people ask

What are the alternatives to Osome in Singapore?

Sleek, Leftright, HeySara and Lanturn all list prices on their sites, and several traditional firms quote on request. We name only the providers whose pages we read, and we have not tested any of them.

Is anyone cheaper than Osome for a company secretary?

HeySara lists a Digital secretary plan at S$199 a year, but its table shows separate annual return lines of S$200 and S$60, so read it closely. Osome lists S$300, Leftright S$328 including the S$60 fee and Sleek S$350.

Which alternative to Osome has a flat all-in price?

Leftright states S$648 as a one-time all-in fee with no GST, including 12 months of company secretary. It breaks the total into S$15, S$300 and a S$333 professional fee.

Does any alternative to Osome avoid a nominee director deposit?

Osome says it asks for no deposit. HeySara lists a S$1,500 security deposit that a bookkeeping plan can waive. Sleek and Leftright did not show a deposit on the pages we read, so ask each one.

Are there Osome alternatives for accounting only?

Yes, including accounting firms that do not do incorporation. We did not read their price lists for this page. Osome's accounting starts at S$75 a month, and Sleek's also starts at S$75 a month billed yearly.

Can I move my company from Osome to another provider?

Yes. Changing company secretary is an ACRA filing. Ask Osome for your registers and agree a handover date so the next annual return and AGM are not missed. The steps are in our change company secretary guide.
