What does each alternative say it includes?

Osome. The S$600 plan covers registration with the S$315 government fee, a constitution, annual return filing with the S$60 fee and an AGM. See Osome pricing.

Leftright. The S$648 plan is broken down on its page: S$15 name reservation, S$300 registration and a S$333 professional fee, with no GST. The company secretary renews at S$328 a year, which Leftright says is the same as its new-client fee.

HeySara. Its foreigner Digital package at S$3,188 shows a struck-through S$5,388 and a S$440 off claim. It covers a year of compliance, a secretary and a nominee director. It also lists an additional S$1,500 nominee security deposit that a monthly bookkeeping plan can waive.

Lanturn. Its overseas Essentials plan is S$2,450 and Full Compliance is S$3,350, both excluding GST. Elite starts at S$4,900.

Where does Sleek differ from these?

Sleek bundles a free business account (subject to approval) and lists accounting by expense band from S$75 a month. Its secretary price rises with the number of shareholders. The alternatives that publish a flat secretary fee, Leftright and HeySara, make that cost easier to predict. Sleek's own plan lines are in the Sleek pricing page summary.

What should you check with any provider?

  1. Whether the S$60 annual return fee and GST sit inside the quoted price.
  2. How long the nominee director term runs and what a renewal costs.
  3. Whether a deposit applies and when it is refunded.
  4. The renewal price in year two.
  5. What you receive if you leave, including statutory registers.

ACRA says foreigners must use a corporate service provider to register, so confirm any firm's status on ACRA's site. The corporate service provider guide explains the role.

How do you compare like with like?

Quotes are only comparable if they cover the same scope. Write down what you need for the first year: registration, a secretary, an annual return, an address, a nominee director if you live abroad, accounting and tax. Then mark which of those each provider includes and which it prices apart. A gap of a few hundred dollars at the top of the page often disappears once you add the missing lines.

Also compare how each provider handles change. Sleek prices its secretary by shareholder count, Leftright by plan type and HeySara by a three-level subscription. If you expect new shareholders, that structure matters more than the entry price.

Who might prefer a traditional firm?

Traditional firms often quote on request, so they do not appear in a price table. They may suit holding structures, regulated activities or several countries. The digital versus traditional page covers the trade-offs.

Questions people ask

What are the main alternatives to Sleek in Singapore?

Osome, Leftright, HeySara and Lanturn all publish incorporation prices on their sites. There are also traditional firms that quote on request. We list only providers whose prices we read, and we have tested none of them.

Is there a cheaper company than Sleek for incorporation?

On published local prices, Osome lists S$600 and Leftright lists S$648, both below Sleek's S$700 entry plan. They bundle different things, such as a year of secretary, so compare the lines rather than the headline.

Which Sleek alternative includes a nominee director?

Osome (3 months at S$2,438), Leftright (12 months, S$2,495), Lanturn (S$2,450 and up) and HeySara (S$3,188 offer) all list one for overseas founders. Terms and deposits differ, and HeySara lists a S$1,500 deposit.

Do alternatives to Sleek charge GST?

Lanturn says its prices exclude Singapore GST. Leftright says its prices include no GST. HeySara, Osome and Sleek did not show a GST statement on every line we read, so ask before you pay.

Should I choose a digital provider or a traditional firm?

Digital providers publish prices and work online. Traditional firms often quote after a call and may handle complex structures. Our digital versus traditional page sets out what differs and what ACRA requires of both.

How do I switch away from Sleek?

Changing company secretary is done through ACRA filings. Check Sleek's notice terms, ask for your statutory registers and confirm who files the next annual return. Our guide to changing a secretary explains the steps.
