Sleek Singapore review: what Sleek says, what ACRA requires

Sleek is a digital corporate service provider. Its pricing page lists local plans from S$700 and overseas plans from S$2,600. We have not used the service, so this page only reports what Sleek and ACRA say.

SingaporeCompanySetupGuide.com is an independent guide, not Sleek and not a regulator. We have not tested Sleek, we have no customer data on it, and we are paid by partners when requests lead to a provider. So this is not a verdict. It lists what Sleek says on its own pages and what the government requires, read on .

What does Sleek say it sells?

Sleek sells incorporation, accounting, corporate secretary services, payroll, registered address and work passes. Its Singapore pricing page splits the offer into local incorporation, overseas incorporation, accounting, corporate secretary, payroll and visas.

Three claims appear on Sleek's pages: a 4.5 out of 5 rating on Google, more than 450,000 businesses served worldwide, and ACRA filing agent status. These are Sleek's own statements. We did not check the Google figure or the registration, and the count covers all countries Sleek works in, not only Singapore.

What do the plans cost?

These are prices published by Sleek on its pricing page on .

Plan Price shown Notable lines
Founder Launch Kit (local) From S$700 Incorporation, secretary, annual return, AGM
Compliance (local) S$1,600 Adds annual bookkeeping and tax return
Full Compliance (local) S$2,000 Adds registered address and digital mailroom
Starter (overseas) S$2,600 3-month nominee director
Full Compliance (overseas) S$4,000 12-month nominee director
Full Compliance + Visa (overseas) S$4,188 Employment Pass application, 6-month nominee director

The page also shows lower promotional prices and a free-registration offer with S$550 back, which Sleek says ends on November 15th. Promotions change, so this table uses the list prices and you should read the live page.

What is the S$375 government fee line?

Every plan card says "including S$375 govt fees". The plan details separate it: S$315 is the ACRA registration fee and S$60 is the annual return fee. ACRA lists S$315 as the registration cost in its fee table. The S$60 is a later annual return charge that Sleek folds into the first-year price. It is not a second registration fee.

What do the extras cost?

Sleek's accounting plans are billed per financial year and rise with your expenses band. The page shows S$75 a month for Annual Filing and Bookkeeping, S$90 for Accounting Essentials and S$250 for Accounting Premium. Several items are priced apart: Xero at S$840 per financial year on the lower plans, payroll at S$300 per employee a year, quarterly GST filing at S$300 a quarter and XBRL preparation at S$500 a year.

For a secretary alone, Sleek lists S$350 for one shareholder, S$500 for up to 9 shareholders and S$1,500 for 10 or more.

What does ACRA require that you should check?

ACRA says foreigners must engage a corporate service provider to reserve a name and register a business, and that every business needs at least one local resident. A nominee director plan covers that second point for a set term only. When the term ends, you either renew it or replace it with a resident director, for example after an Employment Pass is issued. See nominee directors and registering as a foreigner.

What have we not been able to check?

  • Turnaround times in practice. Sleek says it files within 3 to 5 business days. We have not timed it.
  • Bank account approval. Sleek's free business account is marked "subject to approval".
  • Support quality, renewal pricing after the first year and cancellation terms.
  • Customer reviews. We have not tested the service and do not add reviews of our own.

How should you read independent reviews?

Third-party review sites and forums carry both praise and complaints. Treat a single post as one data point. Look for repeated points across several dates, such as billing, response time or a filing delay, and ask Sleek for the renewal fee in writing. Our provider comparison puts Sleek's published figures next to Osome's.

Questions people ask

Is Sleek legit in Singapore?

Sleek says on its own site that it is an ACRA filing agent. We have not verified that or tested the service. ACRA says foreigners must use a registered corporate service provider, so confirm any provider's status with ACRA before you pay.

How much does Sleek charge to register a company?

Sleek's pricing page, read in November, lists local plans at S$700, S$1,600 and S$2,000, and overseas plans at S$2,600, S$4,000 and S$4,188. Each card shows S$375 of government fees. Check the final amount at checkout.

What does the S$375 government fee on Sleek's plans mean?

Sleek's plan lines show an S$315 ACRA registration fee and an S$60 annual return fee. Together those make S$375. ACRA charges S$315 to register a company, so the extra S$60 is the first annual return, which Sleek has paid in advance.

Does Sleek include a nominee director?

On the overseas plans, yes, for a fixed term: 3 months on Starter, 12 months on Full Compliance and 6 months on Full Compliance plus Visa, according to Sleek's pricing page. Local plans do not list one.

Can I see independent customer reviews of Sleek?

Review sites and forums carry customer and employee comments about Sleek. We have not tested Sleek, do not copy those comments here, and cannot vouch for them. Read several, check dates and look for patterns rather than single posts.

What does Sleek not include in its plans?

Sleek's page shows GST filing, payroll and XBRL preparation as separate charges, and Xero as a yearly cost on the lower accounting plans. Read the line items on the plan you pick before you pay.
