How much does Sleek charge to incorporate a company in Singapore?
For a locally resident founder, Sleek lists three bundles. The cheapest, the Founder Launch Kit, starts at S$700 and covers registration, a company secretary, the annual return and an AGM. Compliance at S$1,600 adds bookkeeping and tax return filing. Full Compliance at S$2,000 adds a registered address and mailroom.

Each card says "including S$375 govt fees". In the plan details that is S$315 for registration and S$60 for the annual return. You can compare against ACRA's own fee table.
What are the overseas plans?
Overseas founders need a resident director, so Sleek's plans bundle a nominee director for a fixed time.

All three include the corporate secretary, annual return, registered address with mailroom and accounting setup, with a free business account marked "subject to approval".
What do Sleek's accounting plans cost?
Sleek quotes monthly amounts but bills annually per financial year. Your expected annual expenses set the band, from under S$30,000 up to S$900,000 and over.

Items priced separately: Xero at S$840 per financial year on the lower plans, quarterly GST filing at S$300 a quarter (needs Xero), XBRL report preparation at S$500 a year and payroll at S$300 per employee a year. Sleek's page does not show the price for every expense band in one view, so the figure you see depends on the band you select.
What does Sleek charge for a corporate secretary on its own?
Tiers depend on how many shareholders you have. Essentials+ is S$350 for one shareholder. Professional is S$500 for up to 9 shareholders and adds share transfers and allotments. Enterprise is S$1,500 for 10 or more and covers share buybacks, capital reduction and funding rounds. Sleek's secretary guide states S$350 a year includes the S$60 government fee, but the pricing page labels the same S$350 with a monthly marker in the text we read. Confirm with Sleek before you rely on either reading.
What else does Sleek price?
- Employment Pass, new application: S$1,088, including the MOM fee.
- Free incorporation promotion: tied to bundling accounting, with S$550 back and a November 15th end date. Terms apply.
- Partner perks: the page says "worth up to S$6,000". We cannot value these.
What should you ask Sleek before paying?
Sleek's page shows several prices that depend on a selection you make, so a short list of questions helps.
- Which expense band applies to my company, and what is the monthly price at that band?
- Does the quoted price include GST, and does the S$375 line cover the registration fee and the first annual return?
- What is the nominee director fee after the first term ends?
- Is the promotion I saw still open, and what are its terms?
- What is the secretary price in the second year?
Ask for answers in writing and keep them with your records. Prices on provider sites move, and the version you saw on the day is the one to quote back.
