SingaporeCompanySetupGuide.com is not Osome and not a regulator. We have not tested Osome, have no customer data on it and may earn a referral fee from partners. So this is not a verdict or a score. It is a record of what Osome's pages say, set against ACRA's rules, read on .

What does Osome say it does?

Osome's Singapore pages describe incorporation, corporate secretary work, accounting and bookkeeping, tax filing and payroll, run through one app with chat support. Its incorporation page says most companies are incorporated in 1 to 3 days once documents are ready. We did not time any application, so we cannot confirm that figure.

What stands out in the fine print?

Osome says no nominee director deposit is asked, which differs from providers that hold one. The accounting packages assume revenue under S$30,000 in the first year, and Osome bills or credits the difference if your revenue falls in another band. Add-ons are separate: urgent filing is S$750 and a full XBRL report is S$550 a year. Also note that the promotional S$250 back when you register and open an Aspire account is tied to a partner bank, and approval stays with the bank. Our Aspire account page has the bank's own terms.

What have we not been able to check?

  • Real turnaround times and support responses.
  • Renewal prices after the first year.
  • How the nominee director arrangement ends, and what a replacement costs.
  • Customer experiences. We do not write or quote reviews we cannot verify.

How do you read outside reviews of a provider like this?

Review sites mix customers, former staff and competitors. Look at dates, check whether a comment names a specific plan and filing, and give more weight to patterns that repeat across sources. Then ask the provider for answers in writing: what happens to your registers if you leave, how long a refund takes and which fees renew.

Who might find Osome a fit, and who should look wider?

A small company with a resident founder, a simple share structure and revenue in the lowest band may find the published plans enough, going by Osome's own descriptions. That is a reading of the page, not a recommendation from experience.

Look wider if you expect GST filing early, many employees, share classes or a funding round. Those items are separate lines on Osome's price list, and some other providers bundle or price them differently. The same goes for a company that needs a registered address on a local plan, which we did not see listed on the local plans we read. In each case, ask for a written quote that names the services you want.

How does it compare to Sleek?

Their entry prices and add-ons are tabulated on Sleek versus Osome. Our notes on the other provider are in the Sleek review.

Questions people ask

Is Osome legit?

Osome says on its own pages that it is a registered ACRA filing agent and that its accountants are certified. We have not verified either statement and have not tested the service. Check a provider's status with ACRA before you pay.

What rating does Osome claim?

Osome's incorporation page says 4.2 out of 5 on Google from 1,119 reviews. That is Osome's own statement, taken at one point in time. We did not check the Google listing and do not add ratings of our own.

What is the cheapest Osome plan?

On Osome's pages the lowest figures are S$600 for incorporation with a secretary and S$75 a month for accounting under S$30,000 revenue. Osome's page also advertises a DIY plan at S$5 a month on a waitlist.

Does Osome handle GST and payroll?

Yes, as paid items. GST return filing is S$1,200 a year, GST registration is S$300 and payroll is S$350 per employee a year on the plans where they are not bundled. Scale lists GST as included.

What happens when the nominee director term ends?

ACRA requires at least one local resident for every business. When a nominee term ends, you either extend it, usually at extra cost, or replace it with a resident director. Ask Osome for the renewal price in writing before you sign.

What do customers say about Osome?

Forums, app stores and review sites carry mixed comments, and we have not tested the service. Read several recent posts and look for repeated points on billing, response time and filings rather than single complaints or praise.
