Everything below comes from Osome's own pages, read on : the incorporation pricing page, the accounting pricing page and the nominee director page. SingaporeCompanySetupGuide.com is an independent guide and does not sell Osome. We have not bought a plan, and requests sent through our form can go to any suitable provider.

How much does Osome charge to incorporate a local company?

Osome keeps local incorporation simple. One plan, Incorporation plus Secretary, shows S$600, with a struck-through S$950 beside it. A second plan, Full compliance, starts at S$1,472 and adds accounting and tax.

Local plan Price Includes
Incorporation + Secretary S$600 Registration (S$315 fee included), constitution, annual return (S$60 fee included), AGM

The S$315 and S$60 inside these plans are ACRA's own fees, which you can see in ACRA's fee table.

Foreigner plan Price Nominee director
Starter From S$2,438 3 months, registered address for 1 year
Fully compliant From S$3,772 1 year
Fully compliant + Visa From S$3,822 Includes Employment Pass support

Osome says there is no upfront deposit on the nominee director, which is unusual enough that you should ask for it in writing.

How much is Osome accounting?

Plans are priced by expected annual revenue. The figures below apply to revenue under S$30,000.

Plan Monthly Billed annually Aimed at
Operate From S$75 S$898 Year one, compliance

  • Urgent filing: S$750 where applicable.
  • Simplified XBRL: S$330 a year. Full XBRL: S$550 a year.
  • Planning advice by video: S$200 an hour on Operate.

Bookkeeping is described as unlimited on every plan. That claim covers the plan's own scope, so ask what counts as in scope for your transactions.

What does a standalone secretary cost at Osome?

We found no secretary price page on Osome's site, since that URL returned a not found error. Osome's comparison guide, which Osome wrote and which also lists its competitor's prices, gives S$300 a year (Essential) and S$600 a year (Unlimited, up to 50 shareholders). Treat that as a claim to confirm before paying. See the cheapest secretary comparison for the other fees we read.

What should you ask Osome before you pay?

The page prices are starting points. A short list of questions makes the final invoice predictable.

  1. Which revenue band does my plan assume, and what happens if I move out of it?
  2. Is GST registration or filing needed for my turnover, and is it bundled in my plan?
  3. What does the nominee director cost after the first term, and who holds the agreement?
  4. What counts as in scope for unlimited bookkeeping?
  5. What is the price in year two for the secretary and for accounting?

Osome's page says plans can be customised with add-ons as a business grows. That is useful if you start small, but it also means the final cost depends on what you add. Compare the total for the services you actually need, not the entry price.

How does Osome compare with Sleek?

Osome publishes fewer tiers and keeps the secretary inside its entry plan. Sleek splits plans by bundles and prices GST apart. The Sleek versus Osome page lays them next to each other, and Sleek's prices are on their own page.
